All sales are final. There are no cash refunds.

Report damaged goods within 14 days of receipt by calling USA 940-566-0315.
Offers to remedy carrier mishaps reported within 14 days are at our discretion.
We seek your satisfaction and will work to do what we can.

    In place of cash refund, we might offer:
  1. a same-item replacement at our expense, or
  2. a partial credit for future purchases, or
  3. some other solution.
